Another shark sighting along the Monterey County coast is putting beachgoers on alert. Pacific Grove police are advising people to stay out of the water at Lovers Point Beach after sharks were spotted in the area. While the beach remains open, officials say swimming, surfing and other water activities are not recommended. The warning comes just days after drone video captured five great white sharks about 200 yards off a beach near Sanctuary Beach Resort in Marina. Animal experts say it s common for sharks to return to the Central Coast during the fall and urge beachgoers to use extra caution.
